G-Dragon’s Massive Earnings Pull His Label Out of Financial Loss

G-Dragon’s 2025 world tour turned his agency’s massive losses into huge profits, proving his status as a “walking conglomerate.”

According to financial reports from Galaxy Corporation, G-Dragon’s agency, the company jumped from an ₩18.8 billion KRW loss (about $12.5 million USD) in 2024 to ₩299 billion KRW (around $198 million USD) in revenue in Q4 2025. This is a 619% revenue increase, largely thanks to G-Dragon’s global activities.

Galaxy Corporation credited the BIGBANG member’s world tour as being at the

“center of this explosive growth.”

The agency recorded an operating profit of ₩12.5 billion KRW (about $8.28 million USD) in the same quarter, wiping out past deficits.

2025 was a landmark year for G-Dragon. His comeback album Übermensch sold over 600,000 copies on day one and surpassed one million copies sold throughout the year. He then launched a massive world tour across 12 countries with 39 shows, drawing approximately 825,000 attendees — the highest ever for a Korean solo artist.

Billboard Boxscore reports the tour earned about $71.8 million USD (nearly ₩96 billion KRW) from just the first 22 shows. At Goyang stadium in Korea, G-Dragon attracted around 68,000 fans over two days, generating an estimated ₩12 billion KRW in ticket sales alone. The Newark, US show was another major hit, pulling in roughly $27.1 million USD (about ₩36 billion KRW), one of the highest single-region revenues ever.

The entire Übermensch tour is estimated to have made between ₩180 billion KRW and ₩190 billion KRW (about $126 million USD) in ticket sales. Industry experts say adding merchandise sales from concerts and pop-up stores pushes total tour-related revenue to at least ₩150 billion KRW ($99.4 million USD) up to ₩200 billion KRW ($133 million USD).

Beyond touring, G-Dragon’s income from copyright royalties, Chanel endorsements, and brand collaborations made 2025 a record-breaking year financially.
